As with any new skin care product, we advise first trying the product out on a small patch of skin to note response. Should irritation occur, please discontinue use and contact us so that we may assist you.

Naturopathic Dermatology orders are shipped through USPS Mail and we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. A pick-up time at our office in Edmonds can be arranged should this option be better for you. Simply choose "Pick up" instead of "Ship" at checkout and when your order is ready we will notify you by email to arrange a pick-up time which is generally on Mondays and Wednesdays. Please be sure to leave a valid email address which you check regularly so that we may contact you about your order, regardless of whether or not you opted for pickup.
