A unique lip rejuvenator, gloss and multi-use balm! This precious balm can be used to hydrate, protect and restore lips and other areas of skin that are dry and chapped. In addition to the lips, apply a thin layer to skin around the eyes which tends to get dry and lose moisture and add a hint to the tops of cheekbones for a dewy look. Does not have the aggravating essential oil ingredient mix that most lip plumpers have so you don't feel any sensation when it is applied. Instead, we use a unique blend of oils such as avocado, jojoba and shea along with responsibly sourced lanolin which holds up to 400% of it's weight in moisture, and Tripeptide-1 GHK which has been shown to inhibit the breakdown of structural proteins in the skin such as collagen and elastin.
Suggested use: Apply 2-3 times a day, most importantly before bed. Can be used as a base over which lip color can be applied or as a stand alone high gloss lip balm with rejuvenating affects. Apply before going outside in the cold and wind, playing sports and inside where the heat is on. Dr. Lamothe applies not only to her lips but also to cheekbones. Another unique use is to apply to sensitive areas (such as nostrils and, lips and around eyes) before applying GLOW Nutrient Complex evening moisturizer. GLOW application causes a tingling and mild irritation for 2-3 minutes after application due to it's sugar and lactic acids which dissolve the top layer of dead, dehydrated cells thereby causing fresh, plump cells to appear at the surface. Therefore, we advise to not apply GLOW to skin around the eyes, nose and that of the lips and KISS can be used as even more protection and a rejuvenant to these sensitive areas. Once a week; our Skin Care Expert, Heidi, likes to use REVIVE on her lips for a couple minutes as a gentle exfoliant before applying KISS for the evening.
